As I start the confused 5e in a 5th edition, I’ve been playing 5th edition Dungeons and Dragons for a while, and I’m starting to feel like it’s far too complicated. There are so many rules to remember, and with each new module or supplement that comes out, the game seems to get even more complex. In 5e, this spell causes the creatures to twist in their minds, attack them with delusions, and also causes uncontrolled action to occur. Confusion 5e requires a wisdom saving throw to be successful on all creatures within a 10-foot radius sphere centered on a point on the map that you choose within range whenever you cast or are affected by it.

The affected target, which cannot take reactions, rolls a d10 every time it starts a new turn to determine its behavior. Among these personal qualities, DnD ideals may be most significant. If you use a spell slot of 5th level or higher, the sphere’s radius will be increased by 5 feet for every level above 4th. However, Assaulting and twisting creatures’ minds, this spell causes them to become delusional and uncontrollable.
When this spell is cast, every creature within a 10-foot-radius sphere centered on a point you choose within range must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw to avoid being affected.
